For the financial years ended 31 December 2007, 2008 and 2009

(1) The earnings per share for 2007, 2008 and 2009 were computed based on the weighted average number of shares adjusted to take into account the subdivision and Capitalisation on October 1, 2010. The Company’s preinvitation capital of 1,281,002,440 Shares were assumed to be issued throughout the relevant period.

Diluted earnings per share is the same as the basic earnings per share for the financial years ended December 31, 2007, 2008 and 2009 as there were no potential dilutive ordinary shares outstanding.

(2) As adjusted for the new issue of 226,059,000 Shares pursuant to the Offering and the pre-invitation capital of 1,281,002,440 Shares. The new and pre-invitation capital were assumed to be issued throughout the relevant period .

As of 1st June 2009, Mewah-Oils Sdn Bhd has been granted interim approval, based on our self-assessment, of compliance with RSPO Supply Chain Certification requirements for supply of RSPO certified sustainable palm oil for Mass Balance Supply Chain. Mewaholeo Industries S/B and MOI FOODS Malaysia S/B certified for RSPO Mass Balance Supply Chain.
